Christmas in March?

For years I've had this fabric lingering in my stash.  I bought it from a little mom and pop fabric store and had great intentions of making Christmas themed placemats with it.  Every year I've pulled it out near the holiday season and not had time to make them up.  This year I decided to break that cycle. I used the "printed" fabric to help me practice my machine quilting.  Now they are ready and waiting for Christmas 2017.

  1. Very nice! I like the touch of blue . . gets to a point that I grow tired of red/green everything.

    1. Me, too! I love red and green, but I like a little bit of variety mixed in.

  2. Strike while the fires hot! I make things for Christmas all year round and tuck them away until December. It's fun to get the box out and rediscover all the goodies.

  3. I do Christmas things year round also. It is kind of fun, but it drives Son2 nuts to call and hear Christmas music in the background. Seems I can only make Christmas gifts while listening to seasonal tunes.

    1. Thanks. I'm slowly starting to feel a little better and maybe some of my restlessness will go away.

Due to a large volume of spamming I’ve had to undo the “anyone” can comment feature. Hoping this lets all of us not have to wade through the hoopla.
