Crocheting for Myself

One of my friends (Thanks Jenn!) shared a link to a crocheted sweater pattern that is basically two hexagon granny "squares"  with a little alteration.  This time of year I wear heavy sweaters day and night, and this pattern looks like it should be warm.  I decided to start one for myself.  I'm using a red acrylic yarn -- in deference to my husband's wool allergies and because it is machine washable and dryable.  Red because it is a color that makes me happy.

I have three ongoing projects that I wanted to share.  They're all at various stages of completion, and I feel like they need to be completed. The hardest one is going to be the quilt, but I'll keep plugging away at it.

Cute Easter Wreath for less than $10

I made a cute little wreath using supplies from Dollar Tree.  I came in at $9 in supplies (with some of them leftover for a future project).

A Fun $7 or less Wreath with a Frugal Bonus



This is a fun and easy craft I made.  My cost was less than $7 out of pocket.  The frugal bonus, it comes apart so you can store the towels for using the next year.
