Canned 7 pints of cinnamon applesauce
Experimented with canning carrots. I had never used these before, but have tried them since canning these and I really like the ease.
Homemade barbecue sauce
White grape jelly -- this is so good!
Mandarin oranges for fruit salad.
Plain applesauce.
Black bean and pinto mix.
White Grape Jelly? Do you use the Welch's grape juice to make your jellies?

I have used that brand in the past. It works well. This was just an organic grape juice though. When I was kid we had grapevines and did the whole process from growing to preserving. I don't have that luxury now, but I do miss sneaking grapes off the vine.
