Pressure Cooker St. Patrick's Day Meal


We couldn't all get together until today so we saved our meal for lunch today.

I pressure cooked the roast, then added the rest. Total time from pressure was 75 minutes.  Not bad at all.  

The brown Irish soda bread was delicious.  Simple to make.  Fresh ground spelt, a little AP flour, salt, baking soda, and buttermilk.
