Busy Fingers
I am rarely without a project, but this time I decided to pick something to make for myself. I asked my husband what color yarn he thought would look good for a shawl for me, and he chose this pretty purple. I've started a simple pattern called Shells and Lace Shawl that I found in an old crocheting magazine I had on my shelf.

That is a pretty shade of purple. Enjoy the making and then enjoy the wearing!

ReplyDeleteThank you. Once this pattern is started, it becomes a repeat of just two rows until you get to the edging. It makes it an easy pick up and travel with project.
DeleteThat sounds like a great project. I am not good enough at crochet or knitting to always change patterns--I put the project down so much I lose my place in the pattern. So, this kind of thing works better for me. The color is great, too!
