Second Grocery Shop of the Month
I went slightly over my budget on this one, but when I take out the pantry items and a special meal I was pretty good. (My sister just got engaged, and I wanted to have one of her favorite meals.....read that as I needed an excuse to have her come over so I could see that beautiful ring of hers.)
