Kale -- It's what's for dinner!


I came home with a huge bag of organic kale and I'll be eating it for the next few days.  Any I cannot finish will go in the freezer for future sides.  (I was craving potato salad and it seemed like the perfect accompaniment to the kale and red onions.)

  1. I love kale, too! I go in cycles where we always have it on hand and then we get a little kaled out, so on to other veggies for a while.

    1. I do the same thing. Last month it was Brussels sprouts. I bought a huge bag at Sam's Club and ended up freezing some of them. However, after a week or two of not eating them we finished off the frozen packages. Funny how that works.
