I've finished all my finals and it is time for a break. I didn't realize how ready I was until it actually started.
A lot has been going on. I have been diagnosed as hypoglycemic and had what the doctors were afraid might be a mini stroke. Today I saw the last of three specialists and he recommended a few things, but all in all I think things are improving.
I'm settling in to a new routine with a lot of new dietary changes. I feel like this is a reoccurring theme in my life, but at least these aren't horrible. I'm also adjusting to having to take medications several times a day. I actually probably find that more frustrating than anything else, but as always I am reminding myself to be grateful that it is available and that it is working.
My son and his family have moved several states away. He's working in his chosen field and he is happy. I miss them horribly, but they're only a short train ride of 8 hours or so away.
My daughter is doing well. She didn't take any classes this summer because she had several travel obligations for an honor's society of which she is a member. However, she has been working part time.

Due to a large volume of spamming I’ve had to undo the “anyone” can comment feature. Hoping this lets all of us not have to wade through the hoopla.
